What's up!?
I had a fantastic vacation. I got to sleep properly, and I also did a lot of activities. Do you want to hear the story? Of course you will!
The first weekend, I gave myself a break and didn't do much. I went to my dance classes, but nothing else. I watched Pitch Perfect, and it was FABULOUS! Honestly, I laughed and laughed, and couldn't control my laughter and my tears(tears of happiness, of course). The characters that I loved the most was Beca and Fat Amy. Fat Amy us so cool and amazingly fabulous. I loved the performances. I got a new song to my playlist and that is "When I'm gone". I have heard it before, but it didn't have that effect on me, but I loved the "cup-thing" she did. It was interesting, and i tried to learn it, but in vain. So you see,I take time to like some songs...
I also wanted to watch the Bollywood movie Roy starring Ranbir Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez and Arjun Rampal. I have watched all the movies of Ranbir Kapoor, and I like the way he chooses different roles. One of my favorite roles is Barfi. He was so cute and innocent. How can one not love that role? Roy seems like an interesting movie with a lot of twists. My favorite songs from that movie are Chittiyan Kalayian, Sooraj dooba hain and To hai ke nahi.
My mother travelled to India, so my father decided to spend some quality time with my sisters and me. My father decided to take us to Hafjell for skiing holidays. Hafjell is located 15 kilometers north for Lillehammer. We checked in the Quality hotel and resort Hafjell. We had a great time there. We went there on Sunday and stayed there until Wednesday. We went to Hafjelltoppen to ski and it was so cold that my hair froze, and was a bit white. I'm not kidding! It's true! Norway is so beautiful in every way. I have been there many times, but every time I go there I feel fantastic. The nature, the snow, the lights, the mountains, the cottages...it all seems perfect to me!
I tried to help my friend who was in despair. I knew that my friend wouldn't tell my anything about the problem, so I made a playlist of songs and sent it. I made a playlist of motivational songs both in English and Bollywood. Some of the Bollywood songs have English subtitles. Here is the playlist:
Now there are two days to go...and the vacation is almost over...
My mother came home from India today, and my best friend (and also my co-editor of this blog), Manmeet, came from Malaga. We made brownies, welcome cards and a big poster where it's written "Welcome!". I cleaned the whole house before she came home. My mom was delighted to see this. We missed her a lot...
I got to know that I am going to travel to India, and I haven't been there for a while. I haven't been in most parts of India like Goa, Kerela, Jaipur, Udaipur, Bangalore (So you understand, I haven't seen the cool places yet! Despite of being an Indian! What a shame). I haven't even seen Taj Mahal! Whenever we go to India, we get surrounded by relatives who don't let us go anywhere from Chandigarh. It's understandable too, because they see us after many years, but they have to understand that I REALLY WANT TO SEE INDIA. Some years ago, we were in India, and I insisted to go to Goa, but there were some problems with the flights and I was like "It only happens to me! Why God? Why?"
Travelling is an important part of my life. I feel relieved, fresh and vigorous. As I discover new places, I also discover parts of myself.
I have even planned the route. We will first go from Delhi to Taj Mahal. From Taj Mahal to Rajasthan. The first place we will visit in Rajasthan will be Ajmer Sharif (A religious place). From there we will go to Jaipur, and then Udaipur. From Udaipur to Gujarat. In Gujarat we will go to Ahmedabad, and from Ahmedabad to Maharashtra. In Maharasthra, we will see Mumbai, the city of Bollywood, and from there we will travel straight to Goa. From Goa to Mysore, Mysore to Bangalore, and our last destination will be Kerela. We will then take a flight to Chandigarh, and spend rest of our holidays with family. There are also many religious places in South that we will visit. In Mumbai, there is a Ganesha temple called Siddhivinayak, and it's beautiful. If there are people who want to travel to India, then I would recommend this route, because then you can capture all the essences of India. India is a big country with a population of 1.3 billion. I am really looking forward to this!!!
